                                     500 Dollar Sign-On Bonus

The world's leading private security organization, G4S, has an immediate job opportunity for an Administrative Operations Manager. As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will responsible for supporting a Strategic Account Manager in all administrative workloads and tasks associated with the operation, administration, and profitability of a designated strategic account through the application of sound business, financial, and growth-oriented management practices. This includes ensuring compliance of administrative and operational contractual obligations as well as the maintenance and oversight of G4S staffing and financial systems utilized in the support of multiple client locations.

$500 Sign-On Bonus is payable after 90 days of employment. Bonus amount is subject to applicable federal and state income withholdings.

The person assigned to this position will assist the Strategic Account Manager and Security Operations Managers with ensuring each independent client location is administered consistently across the account portfolio and all internal G4S tools and systems are utilized in a uniformed manner. The Administrative Operations Manager shall support the creation and updates of all contractual documents and amendments, assist in the development and application of pay and bill rates, coordinate and drive recruitment activities in partnership with local sites, G4S offices and HQ staff and prepare periodic reports specific to current and future staffing requirements by location.The Administrative Operations Manager will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders in the management of numerous programs and initiatives to foster greater employee retention such as employee recognition, performance appraisal process, merit increases and succession planning.

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Oversight of all administrative actions and workloads specific to client invoicing
  • Regular and ongoing collaboration with Administrative Supervisors, local G4S office and HQ staff to ensure contractual hours are accurately recorded within G4S payroll, financial and scheduling systems
  • Ensure that the planned profitability of all services is realized by utilizing sound financial management principles and continual review of appropriate management information reports (e.g., Profit and Loss, Job Profitability, Weekly Hours, budgeting, collections and COMPSTAT)
  • Ensure that G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. is providing quality service to our client and that these accounts are operated in a manner consistent with established policies, contracts, and applicable laws
  • Collect and analyze all contractual periodic metrics/KPIs and update dashboards, business reviews; identify deviations from target expectations and recommend corrective actions to management
  • Develop standardized scheduling formats for all locations and projects to improve and maintain consistency of invoicing and reporting
  • Manage existing employee retention programs and development of new initiatives
  • Assist Strategic Account Manager with financial forecasting based on projected growth (known and anticipated) and upkeep of financial trackers

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Associate’s Degree or higher in Education, Business, Criminal Justice, Human Resources, Security Management or related field

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Minimum of three (3) years of documented prior security-related account management/support experience in a multi-location environment

Skills Required

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
  • Attention to detail

Other

  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver efficiencies managing customer relations and contract compliance
  • Demonstrated understanding of the cost factors associated with delivering security services
  • Must submit to a pre-employment drug test
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Environment:  Indoor with minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures
