Each position within our business is of key importance and we are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager. This role will be based in Western Australia.

Role Responsibility:

The Branch Manager is responsible for the business development, operations, and profitability of all physical security services within their assigned Security Solutions’ account(s) in Western Australia.  This position manages the day-to-day administration and reporting functions as per the client contract and company policies.  This role is responsible for day to day operational communication with client representatives.

In line with our core values the responsibilities undertaken within this role, but not limited to are as follows:

  • People management: provide supervision to contract Supervisors (e.g., oversee customer relations, ensure Physical Security Surveys and post orders are updated regularly, and review disciplinary actions for consistency and propriety)
  • Project management: Implement standard security operations at each client facility, and ensure compliance through regular visits
  • Contract compliance; ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met; quality assurance and contract compliance
  • Purchasing / asset management: request necessary equipment to perform security function
  • Recruiting: coordinate with Human Resource Shared Services team on recruiting efforts
  • Financial management: P&L PBITA and Revenue performance including the management of overtime, sick leave, annual leave to a pre-set requirement
  • Setting and management of rosters: ensuring all shifts are filled with appropriate staff
  • Training: Manage the training program of all employees to ensure career paths are develop and a succession plan is in place
  • Tender process for the retention of all contracts
  • Business Development to achieve organic growth within the region based on agreed KPI’s
  • Performance / budget compliance: Responsibility for the oversight of Key Performance Indicators designed to meet contractual expectations to include; tracking cost savings initiative
  • Ensure all policy and procedures are followed, pricing guidelines are followed, GForce is kept up top date and account plans are comprehensive

In order to carry out the position of Branch Manager successfully you will ideally possess the following skills, qualifications and experience:

  • Proven experience in Security or a related field;
  • Prior security-related project management experience in a multi-location environment with demonstrated ability to deliver efficiencies
  • Work history to include demonstrated ability to organize and manage the process required to maintain compliance for licensing and training functions
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Demonstrated experience within a client service environments;
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships;
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills;

  • Commitment to continuous improvement and customer-focused quality service delivery;
  • Satisfactory results of a National Police Record background check upon employment and on an ongoing basis; and
