The world's leading private security organization, G4S, has an immediate job opportunity for an Identification Services (IDS) Administrator. As an Identification Services (IDS) Administrator, you will create employee and contractor records in C-Cure, issue badges to employees and contractors and assign access to requestors. This role will issue special badges on request as well as create and modify badge layouts and issue SecurID tokens to requestors. Additional duties include assisting with projects for the security department, filing and maintaining staff records and security paperwork, assisting with the Quality Assurance program, track attendance for officers, and maintaining updated staff contact lists.

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Create records for employees and contractors in C-Cure
  • Activate badges in safe
  • Provide badging support for other sites
  • Assign and issue tokens to requestors using Service Central
  • Track officer attendance using Optima
  • Provide monthly reports for management
  • Maintain supply inventory for the badging office, office staff, and officers
  • Assist with and head up projects as assigned by management
  • Provide backup support for security lobby posts when necessary
  • Provide backup support for Investigations and Corporate Services when necessary
  • Ability to recognize confidential data and respond accordingly
  • Stock Inventory for Break Room
  • Passport/ Visa photos

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Must possess work history that demonstrates experience with Knowledge of Security Systems such as C-Cure, SIS, SAP, IMACS, Service Central, Optima, SAFE

Skills Required

  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
  • Attention to detail


  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Possess professional-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and Internet Explorer
  • Must not use illegal drugs. Must be able to pass a drug test with negative results (except when undergoing documented medical treatment).
  • Must submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
