As a Lenel Administrator, you will be responsible for issuing badges to the client’s employees and contractors in compliance with Federal Regulations and client policies and to perform other duties per post orders.

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Issue ID badges to client employees and contractors ensuring compliance with federal regulations and client requirements
  • Verify all requirements were met according to site procedures for badging for all persons gaining access to site
  • Perform tracking and reporting of related access authorization processes
  • Maintain working knowledge of site-specific and company policies affecting the administration of access authorization
  • Facilitate distribution and collection of required information for access program with employees and visitors
  • Perform data entry and computer updates for access changes, training updates necessary for management and control of security access to the facility
  • Perform other administrative duties, prepare data for reports, spreadsheets and presentations as required

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess a current and valid driver’s license

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Must possess a minimum of 1 year of badging, access administration or other administrative work experience

Skills Required

  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
  • Attention to detail


  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Must submit to a pre-employment drug test
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Physical Requirements and Environment

Environment:         Office; minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures is expected

Major activity:        Working on PC and using telephone while sitting

Physical efforts to carry out job duties:            Limited, to include some standing, bending, limited stretching and reaching
