The world's leading private security organization, G4S, has an immediate job opportunity for an Order to Cash Administrator, Service and Support. In this role, you will provide and administer the customer support process. This includes managing assignments and status of inbound service requests from the G4S Secure Solutions field locations and customers until final resolution. Other duties include assisting in the distribution of specialized billing for strategic and regional accounts, updating PeopleSoft accordingly for these assigned accounts, providing custom reports or spreadsheets via Excel upon request, and supporting the customer activation process.

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Review and route, or complete, service requests; manage the pipeline
  • Create, sort, distribute periodic reports in a timely manner as directed
  • Evaluate requests for change, activation, and update to customer information; liaise with OTC internal staff
  • Create customized invoices, reports, and schedules as assigned
  • Serve as liaison with service requestor on status issues

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in centralized customer service or billing environment
  • Work experience demonstrating knowledge of billing and receivables process
  • Work experience demonstrating knowledge of Customer Relations Module (CRM) and Customer Activation
  • Work experience demonstrating ability to manage a high volume of diverse activities while meeting deadlines and quality standards

  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately

Other

  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Must not use illegal drugs. Must be able to pass a drug test with negative results (except when undergoing documented medical treatment).
  • Must submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
