Job Introduction:


The world's leading private security organization, G4S, has an immediate job opportunity for a Risk360/SecureTrax Program Manager. As a Risk360/SecureTrax Program Manager, you will manage the program implementation and related training for Healthcare contracts.  This position will be responsible for supporting and conducting presentations on the utilization of our SecureTrax incident reporting platform, and the Risk360 incident and case management software.

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Develop training programs for SecureTrax/RISK 360 program implementation within the Healthcare vertical
  • Oversee and/or conduct user training on the SecureTrax and Risk360 programs
  • Develop presentations for SecureTrax and Risk360 to be used across the Healthcare vertical
  • Coordinate with client representatives, field offices and Headquarters departments to determine how to further develop presentations and training programs supporting the healthcare vertical
  • Plan and prepare PowerPoint presentations for new client facing presentations and implementation training programs to support new and existing contracts
  • Assist field offices with the implementation of their technology programs; makes recommendations regarding the deployment and customization of SecureTrax and Risk360 programs supporting the Healthcare vertical
  • Direct supervision of Risk360-SecureTrax Program Roll-Out Specialists

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Demonstrated successful work experience in project management
  • A minimum of 2 years of technical training experience
  • Work history must include:
    • Evidence of ability to partner with management to develop customized implementation strategies and program training strategies that will support the expansion of new Healthcare client relationships and leverage existing relationships to build and refine a technology platform that provides comprehensive support to Healthcare operations.
    • Demonstrated operational management experience and presentation skills

  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Must submit to a pre-employment drug test
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military
