As a Consultant, you will coordinate with G4S line of business leads / identified points of contact to ensure successful implementations of G4S services for clients, using project management practices to fully understand client requirements and ensure on-time completion of contracted deliverables.  The ISSC acts as a central point of contact for support of the services provided by G4S and coordinates responses across business units to ensure adherence to client service level agreements. The ISSC acts as a support to Principle Consultants as needed with project management, administrative, communications, documentation, standards and practices, and other client support items as required for client satisfaction

Role Responsibility:

Specific Duties and Essential Functions

  • Act as a shared support resource across multiple clients
  • Lead and project manage matrixed project groups of G4S line-of-business consultants on client projects
  • Provide first-line service request response and coordinate G4S responses to client needs
  • Provide project management and administrative support for principle consultants
  • Evaluate current processes and makes necessary improvements and changes
  • Keep current on industry trends, news, and happenings, and maintain continual awareness of best practices in the security risk management profession

The Ideal Candidate:

Education, Licenses and Certifications Required

  • Must possess one or more of the following:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, criminal justice, security or a closely related field
    • A minimum of 4 years of work experience in client relations management, serving as a primary liaison between mid-to senior level customer-employer management teams

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required

  • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of work experience in multiple facets of enterprise security risk management and current security disciplines and tactics.
  • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of full-time experience performing project management in a security environment or highly responsible work relating to tasks assigned to this position.

  • Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
  • Attention to detail


  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Must submit to a pre-employment drug test
  • Must submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
  • Must be able to provide, upon job offer, a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated, if prior military

Physical Requirements and Environment

Environment:         Indoor; minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures is expected

Major activity:        Telephone use, working on a computer while sitting

Physical efforts to carry out job duties:  Standing, walking, and sitting, minimal stooping or kneeling is required.
